Pick an open feature

InmoNExo needs a MarketEvents feed, price history charts, live Apify scrape, and a district/developer compare. Start with one.

Talk, then ship

Coordinate in WhatsApp. The product repo is still private — when you take a feature, the group will get you access to ship it.
